General information on Aspergillosis
Aspergillosis is a fungal infection that develops in the nose and sinuses of dogs. Most infections occur in dogs that have a poor immune system, a prior sinus infection, or that have been on prolonged antibiotic therapy.
Symptoms of Aspergillosis
The symptoms of Aspergillosis are a clear discharge from the nose, nose bleeding, sores on external part of the nose, pain or discomfort in the nose or facial area.
Treatments for Aspergillosis
If you suspect Aspergillosis seek veterinary care. Oral antifungal drugs are usally recommended.
