Food Allergies - dog health experiences

Food Allergies dog experience
Dog Owner:
Location: Murfreesboro/TN/US

My 6 month old rottweiler had developed a little spot on his face. At first it looked dry and kind of scabby with the hair rubbed off. I chaulked it up to him playing rough with the other dog in my home. Now the initial spot has grown to about the size of a nickel, and he has developed two more small spots. The spots are on the top of his nose, the side of his mouth and one on top of his head.
He also has fleas that I am having a ridiculous time getting rid of. I have given him 3 flea baths in about a 3-4 week period. The last bath I gave him, I mixed the shampoo with dawn. A few days later I put frontline on him. He doesn't have any sores from the fleas, but I'm concerned about what the multiple baths are doing to his young skin. Oh FYI, I have hardwood floors and my house has been sprayed as well. Can you advise me on either of these issues?
